The PalletTransport robot is able to move pallets safely and precisely. It has advanced sensors and navigation functions to detect obstacles, avoid collisions and navigate effortlessly through the warehouse. The robot can move pallets from one area to another, place them in racks or take them to shipping areas.
With its connectivity and integration with Zebra Fetch cloud robotics software, the PalletTransport robot offers advanced job management, real-time monitoring and data analytics capabilities. This enables optimised resource planning, improved process efficiency and informed decision making.

The pallet transfer stations
- Pallet transfer stations are used for the pick-up and delivery of empty or loaded pallets
by a PalletTransport 1500 robot - Pallet transfer stations are anchored at strategic and fixed locations to allow a smooth workflow in the facility
- Pallet transfer stations can be loaded by the forklift operator from either side, but the easiest way is
to load from the front - The size of the pallet transfer station is variable so that it can accommodate five different pallet widths and depths. The following sizes are adjustable in width and depth: 101.6 cm (40 in), 106.7 cm (42 in) , 111.8 cm (44 in), 116.8 cm (46 in), 121.9 cm (48 in).
