Clicking on "Apply now" under each job offer takes you to your personal application form. You can pause, save, feed your dog, put the children to bed and continue later at any time while filling in the form.
It's particularly quick if you already have a digital CV as a file and upload it. This way, most of the form fields are filled in automatically. It works best with PDF and Word files.
Finally, upload the following:
- Short cover letter
- Your most important certificates
- Further proof of qualifications.
Then "Send" - the first step towards joining our team has been taken. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
We invite you to get to know us better. We don't have assessment centres - because we focus on you as a person with your character and talents. Instead, we rely on a two-stage process with interviews. At the first meeting, we take a look at our offices and departments together, where you can get a direct impression of your future colleagues and the different areas of work. Many applicants are very happy about this taster opportunity before the second interview takes place. In some areas, we ask for a work sample.

You can also familiarise yourself with some topics from the comfort of your desk, with the help of digital training courses in the S&K Academy. If you have any questions, not only your team leader but also the whole crew is always available to help – even across departments.
We regularly check together to see how the wind is blowing and how you are progressing on board with us. If necessary, we will adjust your plan together.
At the end of the onboarding process, you will know all the brands and business areas of S&K Solutions, you will already have your first customers or projects, and you will feel familiar with most of our processes and procedures. But even after that, there will be regular feedback rounds, we will always have an open ear for questions, and updates on what is currently going on with colleagues outside your work team. It's great to have you on the team!
